Terms of Service
Late Fee TV · Last updated 10 August 2026
These terms cover your use of Late Fee TV at latefee.tv. By signing in and using the service you agree to them. If you do not, please do not use the service.
What the service does
Late Fee TV tracks the streaming subscriptions you tell it about and the shows you want to watch, then advises when a subscription is worth cancelling and when it is worth resuming. It works from renewal dates you enter by hand and from release schedules for the titles on your watchlist.
Your account
Access requires signing in with a Google account. You are responsible for the security of that Google account and for activity that happens under it. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has used it to reach your data.
Accuracy and no guarantee of savings
Advice is only as good as the information behind it. Renewal dates come from you and are not verified against the provider. Prices come from a periodically refreshed catalogue and may be out of date, wrong for your plan, or wrong for your country. Release schedules and regional availability come from third-party data that changes without notice. Late Fee TV does not guarantee any particular saving, and it does not guarantee that a recommendation is correct for your circumstances. Check the provider before you act on anything the service tells you.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the service unlawfully, or to infringe anyone's rights.
- Do not attempt to access another user's data, or to probe, scan, or disrupt the service.
- Do not scrape or resell the catalogue data the service displays.
- Do not upload content you have no right to upload.
Your content
Your watchlist, subscriptions, and any file you import remain yours. You grant only the permission needed to store and process that content in order to run the service for you. You can delete it at any time; see the Privacy Policy for what is retained and how removal works.
Third-party data and services
Sign-in is provided by Google, subject to Google's own terms. Show metadata, artwork, and availability come from The Movie Database (TMDB). Streaming services named in the app are independent third parties: Late Fee TV is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting for any of them, and their names and marks belong to their respective owners.
Availability
The service is provided as-is and may be unavailable, interrupted, or changed at any time. Features may be added or removed without notice.
No warranty
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Late Fee TV is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, nor for subscription charges you incur, savings you do not achieve, or content you lose access to, arising from your use of or reliance on the service.
Ending your use
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. Access may be suspended or ended if these terms are breached.
Changes to these terms
These terms may change. Material changes will be posted here with a new updated date before taking effect; continuing to use the service afterwards means you accept the revision.
